Executive Summary

Our aim in partnership is committed to creating a school where all learners can develop their intellectual, linguistic, social, emotional, and physical potentials in preparation for life long learning and success.

• Vision: Our vision is to lead students to a community alive with positive people in charge of their own destinies and endowed with values of respect and morals.

• Value: We seek for students:

- Valuing themselves as significant and efficient members in society.

- Appreciating the importance of others along with practicing personal and social responsibilities.

- Caring for their community by accepting others with tolerance and compassion.

• Legacy: Our legacy will be a better world for future generations.

• School Goals, (suggested for implementation):

With a committed staff and an active Advisory Council, our goals focus on academic achievement, recreational experience, and a positive school climate supporting a variety of learners:

- To promote a school-wide focus on literacy. This encourages reading, listening, speaking, phonics, comprehension, and writing skills.

- To provide meaningful learning experiences in mathematics, social studies and science by acquiring school based materials, and by integrating technology, art, and music to enhance learning and communication.

- To foster a school climate in which students thrive and develop positive self-esteem in a safe and nurturing atmosphere, through a continuing focus on social responsibility and increased student involvement in planning school activities.

- To encourage an interest and appreciation of offering a wide variety of intermediate level fine arts options including drawing, dance, choir, band, and strings.

- To offer valuable recreation and extra-curricular activities that promote the health and motor skills development of all students in the school. Students can participate in a variety of activities such as, bowling, rollerblading, camping, tennis, swimming, skating, drama and dance.

- To motivate all members of the school community to strive to achieve their maximum potential through school based activities and professional development.

- To create a positive and appreciating atmosphere and climate towards one's own heritage and culture.

- To enhance a positive relationship among parents, students, and teachers through communication activities.

• Learning Achievement: A child’s most important learning challenges and achievements occur before entering school. During the early years, a child learns to walk and talk, to relate to people, to think and reason problems, and so much more. If these learning achievements do not occur at the right time, future learning in school and in later life will be more difficult. Thus, learning achievement might face obstacles.

- Proper attention to learning and development of skills during the preschool years, through intensive programs can lead to greater achievement in primary school.

- Attention to children in the early years can help to moderate or eradicate learning disabilities, delays and retardation.

- Children with a quality early childhood experience have a greater chance of staying in school, doing well, and making a contribution to society.

- Children with pre- school experience are unlikely to repeat grades.

This is not only because such experiences provide the foundations for language, math and problem solving, but also because such experiences and programs strengthen security, self-esteem and the ability to interact with and learn from others. Therefore, if a child is going to achieve in later years, this initial investment is crucial. Furthermore, investment in early childhood programming has higher payoffs than investment at any level of education.

• Curriculum: As private providers we will implement a number of activities that include curriculum strategy, curriculum development and reform, textbook revision, training, and publications.
